Hot Classes
Hot Balance & Strength βοΈ
A 60 minute heated class, set to music, meant for those who want to build their confidence and core strength while practicing a series of standing and seated balancing poses. There are no down dogs nor Chaturanga’s in this practice, so it is a great option for those with wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries. This is a challenging class but all levels of practice are welcome.
Hot Pilates π
Hot Pilates is a combination of yoga and Pilates movements, performed in a heated and humid room, designed to condition and strengthen core and smaller muscle groups creating an all over body strengthening experience. Hot Pilates creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat, and increases fitness levels. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. Different movements such as active yoga bridges, core work, standing movements, all over body stretching, and savasana are some of the fun movements to be performed.
Hot Power Vinyasa Flow π₯
A strong and powerful class that will start out slow, and ease you into a challenging Vinyasa flow. You will twist and turn, lengthen and strengthen, balance and breathe, all the way to Savasana and a cold lavender cloth at the end. In this class, expect constant movement, louder and motivating music, and the chance to explore more advanced postures such as arm balances and other peak poses.
Hot Slow Power Vinyasa Flow π
Just like the name implies, this class is similar to our signature Power Vinyasa Flow, with one main difference, it is SLOWER. You don’t lose the strength or the work, but you do gain more time in poses. This is a great way to learn the poses better and to build a strong foundation in your practice. You will twist and turn, lengthen and strengthen, balance and breathe, all the way to Savasana and a cold lavender cloth at the end. In this class, expect longer holds in poses, more focus on basic poses with some exploration in peak poses, and the music is a touch quieter than our Power Flow, but still motivating (a perfect fit if loud music and fast movement is not what you are feeling!)
Flow Down π¦
Slow down from your busy day with this relaxing class! This class is a little slow, a little flow, and maybe a sprinkle of yin. You can expect slow, fluid, and intuitive movement through your body and around your mat, and some long held stretches. This class has everything but the power!

Energizing class using therabands and/or dumbells to tone muscle groups followed by yoga flow to stretch the muscles. A great combination to tone and lean the body. Loud, fun music helps motivate you all the way to savasana!!
Hot Power Vinyasa Flow to Yin Yoga Cooldown π₯π΄
Get the best of both worlds with this 60 minute class of powerful vinyasa flow into juicy yin postures. Start class with a sweaty warm up as we move you through dynamic, strengthening, and mulitlevel poses, followed by a long cooldown consisting of yin yogas long held poses.
Hot Tone & Flow to Yin Yoga Cooldown βοΈπ
The same energizing Tone and Flow class with Yin to end your practice! Begin by lengthening and strengthening the body with a combination of vinyasa flow, resistance bands and/or dumbbells, and body weight workouts. Class will cool down with Yin, long held postures to bring a feeling of lightness in the body, a deep release of the connective tissue, and increasing flexibility and range of motion. The best of both worlds!
Warm Classes
Warm Power Vinyasa Flow β¨
A strong and powerful class that will start out slow, and ease you into a challenging Vinyasa flow. You will twist and turn, lengthen and strengthen, balance and breathe, all the way to Savasana and a cold lavender cloth at the end. In this class, expect constant movement, louder and motivating music, and the chance to explore more advanced postures such as arm balances and other peak poses. Room is heated to 85 degrees.
Warm Slow Power Vinyasa Flow π§βοΈ
Just like the name implies, this class is similar to our signature Power Vinyasa Flow, with one main difference, it is SLOWER. Super Slow Mindful Flow π«ΆπΌ
Join us for 60 minutes of slow & mindful movement. We will move through a vinyasa style class at a slower pace, to allow you more time in the poses to gain familiarity, comfort, and depth. You will lengthen AND strengthen through these longer holds. This class will center you and leave you feeling open, present, and strong at the end!
Mindful Monday ππ»
Start your Monday Mindfully. Enjoy centering breath-work followed by slow integration & intentional movement synced with the Prana (breath) to connect with, stretch, and open the body. We will use sequences of Sun Salutation Asana (poses) to prep the body for stillness. Movement will be followed by guided and personal meditation. You will be invited to connect to your senses with use of optional offering of aromatherapy, transcending music, sound bowls, readings, OM & mantra (resonance & spoken word) & mudras (gestures). Class is 50 minutes, with an optional 10 minutes at the end for connection, safe space to rest & reflect, discuss, and/or journal. Designed to tap you in to your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) before your sympathetic system. (Fight to flight) has a chance to take over. This is the perfect opportunity to connect self, explore the other limbs of yoga, and deepen your practice off the mat. Class is warm & dimly lit.
Yin Yoga π«
This class uses Yin Yoga's gentle long held postures to bring a feeling of lightness in the body, a deep release of the connective tissue and increasing flexibility and range of motion. We use a variety of floor poses in this class, which are supported and held for 3-8 minutes. This class is incredibly relaxing for the mind and potently healing for the body. The teacher will be around to help you find comfort and support in each pose. You will leave feeling blissed out and so much lighter!
Yin Fusion π
Yin Fusion is an original class created by Tiffany Tulley that brings a blend of very slow vinyasa and yin together in one complete flow, weaving in and out of each style with ease and grace. This class looks to move the body in very slow and tender fashion, blending together the movements, the pause, in supported yin poses. This class incorporates no chataranguas, no heavy or fast movement, as we look to open the body with a soft and slow pace and then get deep into your stretch in yin with the option to be assisted by me. The class is a 90 minute, non-heated flow will take place at the Hot Asana studio Hampstead under beautiful lighting and calming red lighted decor. I will be offering hands on assisting throughout the class as well Reiki and essential oils at the end during a extended svasana. Come prepare for the Sundsy holiday yourself, or bring a friend!
