Your experience as a new student is very important to us! We strive to make you feel comfortable, welcome and successful. Your first class is $10 off—only $15! We also offer a New Client Class Pack that gives you 12 classes for $60 in your first month, so you can try many different classe styles and ensure we are a good fit.
Community & culture
We offer heated classes, and not heated classes (not heated are in the Derry studio only). Either way, you can expect to sweat! The heated classes have a higher temperature (between 95-100 degrees) and humidity added to the room. Breaks are a welcome part of class. Some days we push to the edge, some days we hang back and chill. It all depends on your day. It is your practice and you ALWAYS honor your body and listen to yourself. There is NEVER judgement in the yoga room. When you land on your mat and you start to move it truly is an experience that is all about you and no one else in the room. Give yourself a chance, you will love it. You are going to wish you started sooner!
Yoga ettiquete
Yoga etiquette is in place to help yogis be considerate of each other. Please consider the following:
- Get to class on time. This usually means getting there about 10 mins before the class starts. If you are going to be late you can always call the front desk and the staff person will get you set up in the yoga room so you can sneak in like a ninja.
- Let the teacher know about any concerns you may have. They are always happy to help
- Bring water!! We have water for sale if you need it
- If you want to eat before class make sure it is something light, and do it about 2 hours before class starts
- Please wear deodorant
- Bring your mat and towel. If you don’t have one you can rent or buy them at the front desk
- Be prepared to SWEAT! We offer complimentary towels to dry the sweat during class if you want one
- We offer a cold lavender cloth at the end of every class. Please let us know if you are allergic to lavender or maybe you just don’t like it) and we can give you a plain cold cloth instead

- BRING YOUR SWEET SELF, we will wring you out like a sponge and send you on your way with clarity, peace and all the little changes you made inside yourself during class!! Remember, these little changes add up…..and before you know it they become something HUGE!!!
Pro tip
Make sure you are hydrated!
Hydration is key! When you are in class you are sweating out the water you drank 24 hours before you got there. So make sure you drink lots of water the day before. Drink water during class if you need to, and drink water after class. You want to rehydrate, as well as get your reserves up for the next class. It always helps to put electrolytes in your water so your body can absorb the water. Examples of electrolytes are lemon juice, coconut water, Himalayan salt, and whatever else you might like.
