Artistry of Sequencing
The Artistry of Sequencing explores the creative intelligence behind designing yoga classes that feel intentional, intuitive, and connected. Moving beyond simply placing postures in an order, this course examines sequencing as an art form—where movement, breath, rhythm, patterning, and purpose come together to create a meaningful experience.
At the heart of this module is patterning: the intentional introduction, repetition, layering, and evolution of movement patterns throughout a practice. You will explore how familiar shapes, transitions, actions, and energetic qualities can be established early in a sequence and thoughtfully revisited, allowing students to recognize patterns within the body while building confidence, awareness, and embodied understanding.
Through creative exploration, you will learn how to construct sequences that progress with clarity and purpose. We will examine how to prepare the body for more complex movements, create intelligent transitions, balance effort with ease, and use repetition without becoming predictable. Rather than sequencing around a collection of poses, you will begin to think in terms of movement relationships, pathways, patterns, and experiences.
This course also invites you to discover your own creative voice. You will explore how pacing, breath, music, language, silence, and energetic intention can shape the arc of a class and transform sequencing into storytelling through movement.
These 25 hrs can be used toward your 300 hr certification with Sweat & Soul School of Yoga or as continuing educations hours 🌟

Teacher Bio
Yoga found me during a season of life when I needed more than just movement—I needed a way to reconnect with myself. What began as a physical practice quickly became a lifelong journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. That experience continues to shape the way I teach today.
As an ERYT-500 and YACEP, I have the privilege of guiding both students and aspiring teachers in discovering that yoga is not about perfection or performance, but about cultivating presence, resilience, and authenticity. My classes and trainings are designed to create a supportive space where curiosity is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and every individual feels empowered to find their own voice.
Over the years, I've learned that the greatest teachers are also lifelong students. My commitment to continued education allows me to blend traditional yogic philosophy with modern understanding of anatomy, movement, and mindfulness, offering a balanced approach that honors both the roots of yoga and the needs of today's practitioners.
Whether I'm leading a teacher training, facilitating continuing education, or teaching a community class, my intention remains the same: to help others build confidence, deepen their practice, and carry the lessons of yoga beyond the mat and into everyday life.
I believe yoga has the power to transform not because it changes who we are, but because it helps us remember who we've always been. It is an honor to walk alongside my students and fellow teachers as we continue to learn, grow, and evolve together.
